Privacy policy
This policy explains how Rede Contínua collects and handles personal data through this website and during our engagements. We process data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”), the ePrivacy Directive, and Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei 13.709/2018, “LGPD”).
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Rede Contínua, CNPJ 41.852.337/0001-09, with offices at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 3477, 14º andar, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo — SP, 04538-133. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Details you submit through our contact form: name, organisation, work email, phone number, and the message you write.
- Technical information your browser sends automatically, such as approximate location, device type and pages visited — only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Information exchanged during an engagement, governed by the separate confidentiality agreement we sign with each client.
Why we use it
We use your contact details to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. We use aggregated analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, on the performance of a contract for engagement-related processing, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required to manage an active relationship or to meet a legal obligation. Engagement records are retained in accordance with the terms of each contract and applicable law.
Who can see it
Access is restricted to Rede Contínua staff who need it. We use a small number of trusted processors — for email, hosting and analytics — under written agreements that require equivalent protection. Where data is transferred outside Brazil or the European Economic Area, we apply recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the LGPD you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Brazil, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
Security
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including access controls, encryption and continuous monitoring. No system is without risk, and we will notify you and the relevant authority of any incident affecting your data as required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
